Terms of Service

Draft for legal review · Last updated 25 July 2026

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the Xash platform and services, operated by Xash Solutions (Private) Limited, a company registered in Zimbabwe (reg. 26/2022) with its head office at No 4 Second Street, Mutare, Zimbabwe ("Xash", "we", "us"). By creating a Xash account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. The services

Xash provides a prepaid wallet platform through which agents and merchants resell digital services — including airtime, data bundles, ZESA electricity tokens, DStv payments, WiFi vouchers, wallet transfers and Xash AI credits — and related products including Xash PoS, Xash Lite, Xash AI and the Xash Vend API. Service availability can vary by network, country and provider.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when applying for or operating an account, keep your credentials and PINs confidential, and be legally able to enter into contracts. Agent accounts are subject to suitability assessment and onboarding at Xash's discretion. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Wallets and funding

Xash services are wallet-backed: you fund a prepaid float before selling. Wallets can be funded through supported channels such as EcoCash, OMari, InnBucks, card, bank transfer and USDT, where available. Wallet balances are prepaid value for use on the platform; they are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.

5. Commission

Agents earn commission on qualifying sales. Exact rates depend on service, profile setup and current Xash policy, are confirmed at onboarding, and may change with notice. Commission is released on a weekly payout schedule.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Xash for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or reselling in breach of a provider's terms; interfere with the platform's operation; or misrepresent Xash to customers. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably suspect of misuse.

7. Third-party services

Many services sold through Xash are supplied by third-party networks and providers (for example mobile networks, ZESA and DStv). Xash passes transactions to those providers in good faith but does not control their networks, pricing or uptime.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Xash is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for failures caused by third-party providers, networks or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in respect of any claim is limited to the value of the affected transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Xash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal or regulatory reasons, or risk to the platform, and will deal with any remaining wallet balance in accordance with applicable law and current Xash policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the current version on this page, and material changes will be notified through the platform. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these terms: [email protected] or +263 77 922 2722.
